Shipping & Order Processing
Order Preparation
Orders are packed and prepared in the order they are received.
Most in-stock items are dispatched within standard processing timeframes similar to what was indicated when you placed your order.
During large product drops or high-demand periods, processing may take a few additional days.

Delivery times depend on your location and the service selected at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the parcel is scanned by the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, it is under their control. While we will assist with opening a claim or investigation, we cannot be held responsible for:

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
For best results, we recommend shipping to a secure delivery address.
We will do what ever we can to assist insurance but are not held accountable
Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes set by your local government. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are unable to alter invoice values or mark shipments as gifts.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to reserve products that are currently in production.
Estimated shipping timelines listed on the product page (for example, “ships in 35–45 working days”) represent our best estimate. Production, manufacturing, or shipping conditions may occasionally cause these timelines to shift.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept potential schedule adjustments.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together once all items are ready.

If you want items shipped separately, please place separate orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our items are limited-run releases or made-to-order, returns are limited.
Change of Mind
All purchases are considered final sale once the order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After review, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Shipping Wear
Minor box damage, small packaging imperfections, or cosmetic marks caused during transit do not qualify as product defects. We carefully package all items to ensure the product itself arrives in excellent condition.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests are reviewed individually.
If your order has not yet entered processing, we will try to accommodate your request. However, once production or fulfillment has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Pre-orders generally cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Payments & Fraud Protection
To protect both customers and our store, some orders may be reviewed for fraud prevention. Orders with mismatched billing information or that trigger fraud alerts may be delayed or cancelled.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in restrictions on future purchases.
