Nothing in our policies is intended to override your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
If you are purchasing for personal use, you are protected under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).
Your Rights Under NZ Law
Under the CGA, products must:

If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to:

A refund
depending on the nature of the issue.
When Remedies Apply
If the issue is minor, we may choose to repair or replace the item.
If the issue is considered serious, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.
What Is Not Covered
The CGA does not apply in situations such as:

Change of mind

Minor cosmetic wear to packaging from shipping

Damage caused after delivery due to misuse
Limited Drops & Handmade Items
TeeToys products are:

Handmade
-
Produced in small batches
-
Individually finished
Because of this, slight variations may occur between pieces. These are considered part of the product’s character and do not qualify as defects.
Business Purchases
If you are purchasing products for business purposes, the guarantees under the CGA may not apply, as permitted under New Zealand law.
Fair Trading
Under the Fair Trading Act 1986, we ensure that:
