Returns & Refund Policy

Because TeeToys are released in limited quantities and small batches, all purchases are treated as collectible items. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


All Sales

All sales are considered final once an order has been placed.

Due to the nature of limited drops, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection

  • Missed expectations

If you’re unsure, we recommend reviewing all product details before purchasing.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement (if available)

  • A repair

  • A refund

All resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.


Shipping Damage (Packaging)

Minor wear to packaging (such as small dents or scuffs to the box) can occur during transit and does not qualify as a defect.

We focus on ensuring the figure itself arrives in excellent condition.


Cancellations

Cancellation requests are reviewed individually.

  • If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to cancel it

  • Once processing or production has started, cancellations may no longer be possible


Pre-Orders

Pre-orders secure your place in a limited production run.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to:

  • Estimated production timelines (which may shift slightly)

  • No cancellations once production has begun

Pre-orders are made-to-order and cannot be refunded after production starts.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
