Customer Approval Policy
Before production begins, TeeToys will provide digital proofs, mock-ups, design concepts, packaging artwork, or other approval materials where applicable. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review and approve all details before production commences. Once approval has been provided, the design will be considered final. Any changes requested after approval may incur additional design, production, or material costs and may result in extended lead times. TeeToys is not responsible for errors, omissions, spelling mistakes, or design issues that were present in approved artwork or proofs. If a customer chooses to proceed without reviewing or responding to approval materials, TeeToys may proceed based on the latest version supplied.
